2. Service Appointments and Access

Clients must ensure safe, uninterrupted access to the worksite at the agreed-upon time.

Missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.

Our engineers are qualified professionals. However, we reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions pose health or safety risks.
3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly included.

Additional charges may apply for emergency call-outs, after-hours work, or unforeseen complications.
4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 14 days from the date of invoice, unless agreed otherwise.

Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

We reserve the right to withhold or suspend service for accounts in arrears.
5. Warranty and Liability

Repair work is guaranteed for 90 days unless specified otherwise. Parts installed may carry a manufacturer’s warranty.

We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses, including loss of business or earnings, arising from door failure or service delays.

Our liability for any claim arising out of our service shall not exceed the value of the work provided.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Reporting faults accurately and promptly.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable building and accessibility regulations.

Maintaining their automatic door systems between service visits.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may void warranties or affect service delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
